The purpose of this lesson is to identify key quadrilaterals and properties about their angles and sides.

Summary
In this lesson we have learned:
- The angles of a quadrilateral (four sides) add to 360o
- Kites have two pairs of congruent sides that are consecutive
- Parallelograms are quadrilaterals with opposite sides parallel
- Opposite angles are congruent
- Consecutive angles are supplementary
- Rectangles are parallelograms with congruent (right) angles
- Rhombi are parallelograms with congruent sides
- Squares are parallelograms with congruent (right) angles and sides
- Trapezoids only have one set of parallel sides
