    This section needs to be completed. It will give some of the careful technical definitions and arguments regarding convergence and manipulation of series. In particular it will define the notion of uniform convergence. The short description is that all of our manipulations of power series are justified on any closed bounded region. Almost, everything we did can be restricted to a closed disk or annulus, and so was valid.
