Plotting is crucial to understanding functions and visualizing data. There are many ways to do some plots using various packages. Instead of covering details of multiple packages, we will cover the Plots package, which is overlay over many other plotting packages.
However, as you read through this chapter, don’t think of this as a how-to guide for using a package, instead, think of the bigger picture of visualizing functions and data.
