    Postive Green Counters

    Each counter represents a positive one (+1). THese are used to perform the four basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) on the integers (positive and negative whole numbers and zero).

    Negative Red Counters

    Each counter represents a negative one (-1). These are used to perform the four basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) on tthe integers (positive and negative whole numbers and zero).
