    1. Find the area and circumference of the following figures.
      1.

        A circle of radius 6m.

      2.

        A circle of radius 14m.

      3.

        A circle of diameter 8mm.

      4.

        A circle of diameter 2.6cm.

      5.

        A half-circle of diameter 1.1mm.

      6.

        A half-circle of diameter 0.03cm.

      7.

        A quarter-circle of radius 5 in.

      8.

Three quarters of a circle. The radius is 18m.

    2. Find the area and perimeter of the following composite figures
      1.

A shape best visualized as a rectangle connected to a half-circle on top. The rectangle's height is 4.1in, and the rectangle's width is 7.8in.

      2.

A shape best described as a rectangle with two half-circle slices taken out of the top and bottom. The rectangle's height is 18m, and the radius of the circles is 6m.

      3.

A shape best described as an ice cream cone, or a triangle with a half-circle attached to the top. The sides of the triangle are measured to be 14mm, and the diameter of the half-circle is 10mm.

      4.

A tube in the shape of a half-circle with straight ends. The ends have a width of 2mm, and the inner side of the circular tube has a radius of 7mm.

      5.

A rectangle that has three half-circular cutouts and three half-circular additions. The vertical straight edge is length 4cm, and the radius of the circular cutouts and additions are 2cm.

      6.

A triangle with a half-circle on top, like an ice cream cone. The circle's diameter is 18cm, and the height of the triangle is 26cm.

      7.

A shape composed of a trapezoid with a half-circle on top. The circle's diameter is the width of the top base. The bottom base is 8.4in, the height of the trapezoid portion is 3.0in, and the radius of the circle is 2.6in.

      8.

A shape that looks like an ice rink. A rectangle with a half-circle attached to each end. The radius of the half-circles is 6cm, and the length of the rectangle is 19cm.

      9.

A trapezoid with a half-circle attached to one base. The half-circle's radius is 3.2in. The other base is 9.4in. The height of the trapezoid is 6.1in.
